Sustainable Farming Fund (SFF) Traceability Project - Milestone 5 Update

"Effective and efficient Traceability can only be based on a high degree of Interoperability between supply chain partners, which is fast becoming a baseline necessity to achieve the Rapid Reactivity increasingly expected by regulatory authorities" Dr Hans Maurer, Chair, United Fresh Technical Advisory Group.

Our SFF Traceability project is looking to assist members and the entire value-chain by providing some understanding on how internal Traceability systems can be improved and external Traceability systems can become more robust and streamlined.

We have now completed Milestone 5 which looks at Loose Supply Chain Traceability using Lettuce in consultation with growers.
